Billing & Subscription Questions/Problems/Cancellations?
If you would like to view your orders and/or update the billing information for any upcoming renewals, you may do so through EnigmaSoft's MyAccount website.
To access MyAccount, please log in to the member's section on www.enigmasoftware.com:
- Please go to the following link: https://myaccount.enigmasoftware.com/login/
- Log in using the email you used for the SpyHunter account and the password you selected for your account.
- Click on Orders/Licenses on the left
- Click on the UPDATE PAYMENT INFORMATION button on the right.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to update the payment information for your next renewal.
For other SpyHunter purchase, renewal, cancellation and billing issues, you can contact EnigmaSoft Support by email at support@enigmasoftware.com or by opening a support ticket on EnigmaSoft's MyAccount website.

You may also contact EnigmaSoft Limited directly by contacting our support department by opening a ticket in SpyHunter's HelpDesk. You can access SpyHunter's HelpDesk from SpyHunter's main screen. To open a support ticket, click on the "HelpDesk" icon. In the window that appears, click the "New Ticket" tab. Fill out the form and click the "Submit" button. If you are unsure of what "Problem Type" to select, please choose the "General Questions" option. Our support agents will promptly process your request and respond to you.
How to Cancel a Subscription or Trial via "MyAccount"
- Go to www.enigmasoftware.com and click the "Login" button at the top right corner.
- Log in using the email you used for the SpyHunter account and the password you selected for your account.
- In the navigation menu, go to "Order/Licenses". Next to your order/license, a button is available to cancel your subscription if applicable. Note: If you have multiple orders/products, you will need to cancel them on an individual basis.
