For all purchases, renewals and billing issues related to SpyHunter 5 or RegHunter, please contact our vendors directly for faster resolution.
You can find information below on which vendor you should contact. This depends on your order number, which can be found in your email purchase receipt.

Currently, we have order numbers starting with ST and order numbers starting with ENS.

When you contact any of the vendors, please make sure that you include your order number in the email, or have it available when you call. If you do not have your order number, please provide them with the information that you registered with so they can locate your order.

For orders starting with ST, please use the information below:

Orders starting with ST are processed by eSellerate. If you are in the United States, to contact eSellerate by phone, you can dial 1-800-WWW-2REG (1-800-999-2734). If you are outside of the United States, dial +1-952-646-5288. You may also contact eSellerate by sending an email to shopper@esellerate.net.

For orders starting with ENS, please use the information below:

Orders starting with ENS are processed by SafeCart (RevenueWire). To contact Safecart, choose contact information based on your location:

  • For USA & Canada: Dial 1-855-432-0727 (M-F 6am-5pm PST). You may also contact Safecart in the US and Canada via email at customerservice@safecart.com.
  • For UK, Europe & All Other Countries: Dial 0800 408 3985 (UK only) or +44 1429 243124 (International). You may also contact Safecart Worldwide via email at support@safecart.com.

If you have an order number that DOES NOT start with ST or ENS, please contact our support department by opening a ticket in the SpyHunter 5 HelpDesk. You can access the SpyHunter 5 HelpDesk from SpyHunter 5's main screen. To open a support ticket, click on the "HelpDesk" icon. In the window that appears, click the "New Ticket" tab. Fill out the form and click the Submit button. If you are unsure of what "Problem Type" to select, please choose the "General Questions" option. Our support agents will promptly process your request and respond to you.
