Problems Activating or Updating RegHunter 2?

You may occasionally experience problems in the activation and update process of RegHunter 2. These can be easily resolved in most cases, so please read the following information carefully before submitting a customer support ticket.

The following are three of the most common issues you may experience while activating RegHunter 2 on your computer and ways you can solve them.

  1. Issue #1: Username and/or password are mistyped.
  2. Issue #2: You have not received the "Account Information" email which contains your account details. This email is sent to the email address you provided when you purchased RegHunter 2.
  3. Issue #3: Another software application is blocking RegHunter 2 and/or the enigmasoftware.com domain. Also, your computer might be infected with malware that prevents activation and interferes with the update process of RegHunter 2.

Note: You must have an active Internet connection in order to resolve all three issues!

How to Successfully Reactivate RegHunter 2

To reactivate RegHunter 2:

Note: You do not need to repurchase RegHunter 2, even if prompted to do so!

  1. Open RegHunter 2 and click on the "Settings" icon, which you can find on the left side of the main RegHunter 2 window.
  2. After the "Settings" window opens, please, erase any information previously stored in the email and password fields. Type the registered email address and password, sent to you in your "Account Information" email, into the two fields in the "User Details" section.Note: When you input your account information, please type your account information exactly as it appears in your "Account Information" email.
  3. Then, click on the red "Activate Now!" button.

RegHunter 2 will display "Valid User" at the right of your email address upon successful activation of your account.

In case you have purchased RegHunter 2 and followed these instructions but are still unable to activate the product, please contact our support team. If you are experiencing Issue #2, there are two main reasons why you may not have received the "Account Information" email.

If you're experiencing Issue #2, here are some possible scenarios as to why you might not have received the "Account Information" email:

  • Your spam blocker, your ISP, or your email client have blocked the "Account Information" email so that it has not reached your main Inbox folder. In this case, please check the spam folder of your email account to see whether the "Account Information" email has been filtered out as spam.
  • You mistyped your email address during the purchase process of RegHunter 2. Please contact our customer support team if you think you could have mistyped your email address at the time you purchased RegHunter 2.
