Viewing and Replying to Your Tickets

You can also view and respond to your existing tickets directly through the HelpDesk. To do so, click the "My Tickets" (1) tab in the HelpDesk window and your tickets will be displayed (2). You can click on any ticket to view its details.

To reply to a ticket, click on it to view its details and then type your reply in the text field at the bottom of the window and click the "Reply" (3) button.

You can print a ticket message by clicking on the printer icon next to its date.

To submit a ticket for a new issue, you can use the "New Issue" (4) button located in the upper right corner of the "My Tickets" window.

You may use the drop-down menu (5) at the top left of the window to filter the view to display "All Tickets," "Open Tickets," or "Closed Tickets".

You can also create, view, and reply to tickets through the MyAccount section of the EnigmaSoft website.
