Diagnostic Report

In order to offer an effective solution to a unique individual problem, our support team may request that you generate and transmit a diagnostic report. To do so, click the "Diagnostic Report" (1) tab in the HelpDesk window and then the "Generate Report" (2) button. This action will generate a diagnostic log, which our technical support department can use to create a unique custom fix to resolve your issue.

Click the "Transmit" (1) button to send the log directly to our support department. You can also copy the entire log to your clipboard by clicking the "Copy to clipboard" (2) button. Clicking the "Cancel" (3) button will cancel the diagnostic report process.

Please DO NOT transmit a diagnostic report without first opening a related ticket through our support system!

After clicking the "Transmit" button, you will be prompted to explain why you are submitting a Diagnostic Report. This is so you can provide meaningful information to aid our Support Team in diagnosing any issues you are experiencing.
