Attentive Antivirus is part of the WinWeb Security family of malware. Attentive Antivirus is a fake anti-virus application that is used to steal money from inexperienced computer users. Basically, criminals try to trick their victims into paying for a 'full version' of this rogue security application. When Attentive Antivirus is installed on the victim's computer, Attentive Antivirus displays a large number of false positives and alarming error messages in an attempt to steal money from the computer user.
