Mal/Zbot-EZ is a dangerous Trojan and component of the malicious email supposedly sent by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The spam FDIC email declare to involve important information about the recipient's bank. The fraudulent email carries a corrupt ZIP file which encompasses a malicious payload, created to compromise Windows computers. The title of the deceptive email is 'FDIC: About your business account', followed by a random code number. The attached file name, which carries Mal/Zbot-EZ, is 'FDIC_Information_About-your-business-account-JAN2012-XXXXX.zip', where 'XXXXX' is a random number. If you receive such fake FDIC email, do not open and run the attached infected file to block Mal/Zbot-EZ from corrupting your PC system.
