Mal/Behav-173 is a Trojan infection that may represent a security risk for the infected computer system and/or its network environment. Mal/Behav-173 consumes a large amount of system resources and reduces PC performance. Mal/Behav-173 is able to steal personal information, break captchas and disrupt the infected PC user's online experience. Mal/Behav-173 disguises itself in the background and annoys PC users by showing numerous window pop-ups each time they are attempting to open any website. Mal/Behav-173 installs its executable and creates some harmless files on the corrupted machine and installs them there with the aim to make these files as malicious ones. Mal/Behav-173 modifies the registry to run one of its components each time you start Windows. You need to delete Mal/Behav-173 as quickly as possible.
