While on Facebook, a pop-up appeared which looked like a regular Mcrosoft update. I clicked on the X to eliminate it. Wrong! it immediately downloaded onto my computer. Now it blocks every attempt to remove it including my Norton and other Microsoft programs. My next step is to report this to the Attorney General's Office.
