Antivirus 8

Antivirus 8 Description

Type: Rogue AntiSpyware Programs

Antivirus 8 is a rogue security application that is spread by Trojans that can surreptitiously enter systems. On penetrating a computer system, Antivirus 8 may run fake system scans and launch fake security alerts claiming that the system is infected with harmful parasites. Following the security notifications, victims will be advised to purchase a so-called full version of Antivirus 8 in order to remove all the fake threats. The immediate removal of Antivirus 8 is the best action to take.
