Earth Antivirus

Earth Antivirus Description

ScreenshotEarth Antivirus, Earth AV or EarthAntivirus, is a fake security tool that pretends it is able to detect and remove viruses and other computer malware. Not only is Earth Antivirus incapable of detecting or removing malware, it can harm your system by editing registry entries. Earth Antivirus is not a viable detection or removal tool nor should any computer user utilize Earth Antivirus for any reason.

The rogue anti-spyware applications Green AV and Eco Antivirus may be created by the same group that markets and illicitly sells Earth Antivirus. Once installed, Earth Antivirus is known to display fake popup messages and initiate system scans that return bogus results only to further confuse the computer user. Earth Antivirus may prove to be very difficult to manually remove in many situations. It is recommended that Earth Antivirus be safely detected with a spyware detection tool and then immediately removed.
