Upon opening the HelpDesk feature, users will see a Quick Start Guide on how to use SpyHunter for Mac's Support Ticket System. To open a ticket with our technical support department, just click the "Submit a Support Ticket" (1) button. You may also open a ticket by clicking the "New Ticket" (2) tab in the HelpDesk window. Please note that you must be connected to the Internet for this feature to work. The "New Ticket" window will display the "New Ticket" form. To open a support ticket, fill out the form, and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. Our support department will typically contact you within 48 hours. Registered users of SpyHunter for Mac can also use the "Support" button located in the upper right section of the main SpyHunter for Mac window to go directly to the "New Ticket" tab.
