Update settings

New ransomware, trojans, viruses, rootkits, worms, adware, potentially unwanted programs, and other objects are constantly created, updated, and distributed by individuals and entities on a daily basis. In order for SpyHunter for Mac to work effectively on your computer, it is crucial that you download and install the latest updates on a regular basis. SpyHunter for Mac includes an automated update feature (configurable via the "Settings" tab) as well as a manual update method. The automatic update is the default method used by SpyHunter for Mac. If you want to be able to manually choose when to check for updates, you can disable the "Automatically check for updates" option under "Settings" > "General." This will cause a blue "Cloud" button to appear in the upper right section of the main SpyHunter for Mac window. Clicking this button will manually check for any available updates. If updates are available, they will be downloaded to your computer and installed.

If you do not update SpyHunter for Mac when prompted or are otherwise not using the latest version of SpyHunter for Mac, service functionality will be significantly degraded and not all features or security protections may be available; and/or your service functionality may completely cease. Thus, it is important to update SpyHunter for Mac at all times if you wish to continue to use SpyHunter for Mac with all of its features and full functionality.
