Facebook Antivirus is a fake anti-virus application that uses Facebook to spread. Facebook Antivirus is found within Facebook and it only becomes a danger to you once you download something it instructed you to download. Facebook Antivirus also known as F'acebook Antivirus uses a GUI similar to that of Panda Cloud Antivirus in order to appear legitimate. Once your profile has been infected with Facebook Antivirus, it will tag your photos with 20 of your friends and then publish the photo to your wall. This will be followed by your friends receiving update notifications and possibly falling for the same scam. If you are already a victim of Facebook Antivirus you can use a reliable anti-spyware program to detect and remove the infection from your PC.
