EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:

AntiAdd is a fake anti-spyware application from the FakeSmoke family. AntiAdd spreads with the help of a Trojan that can exploit vulnerabilities and access a system. Once inside a system, the Trojan will create a start-up registry and random files that will be detected as malware when a bogus system scan is done. The bogus scan will produce false reports that the system is severely infected with numerous parasites. AntiAdd will also display frequent virus alerts, warnings and pop-ups in order to convince the user that his/her PC is in great danger. Then the user will then be encouraged to purchase the full version of AntiAdd in order to remove all the unwanted parasites. AntiAdd is a malicious program that must be removed as soon as it is detected.
AntiAdds family has various other members, clones of AntiAdd that include WiniFighter, WiniShield, SaveKeep, SaveKeeper, SoftSafeness, TrustWarrior, WiniGuard, SecurityFighter, Security Soldier, SecureVeteran, Secure Warrior, Trust Cop, Safe Fighter, Trust Soldier, Virus Protector, BlockDefense, Security Soldier, TrustNinja, SaveDefense, SystemCop.
