EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:

Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.

Computer users may have downloaded Smartbar voluntarily or have acquired Smartbar after the download of a program or toolbar from Internet, or when executing a file transfer or sharing a file with an infected PC. Smartbar should be a name very appealing to adware designers since there are two adware-related toolbars using this name. One is advertised by tucows.com and, if downloaded, will install Coupon Buddy, another adware whether you accept it or not. The other one was created by Bechiro S.L. and promotes an adware called search.creativetoolbars.com. No matter which one is installed on your computer, it is very easy to notice the consequences that the Smartbar's presence brings to an affected computer. In the first place, the visited Web pages will be covered with the numerous pop-up advertisements displayed by Smartbar. Second, your browsing habits will be exposed to third parties after been monitored by Smartbar. Smartbar is not a useful tool. Remove this Possibility Unwanted Program with an updated anti-malware program.
