Support Ticket System

As an added convenience for our customers, Enigma Software Group has integrated our world-class customer support system directly into SpyHunter.

Please note that these services are only available with the FULL version of SpyHunter!

If you experience any issues with SpyHunter whatsoever, or have any questions, comments or suggestions related to SpyHunter, we strongly encourage you to utilize this system!

Also, if SpyHunter is unable to remove an infection from your computer, our technical support department will be happy to generate a customized fix for you, which can be run through SpyHunter to eradicate any infections lurking on your system.

NOTE: Your SpyHunter username and password must be entered in the "Options" panel for the SpyHunter Spyware Helpdesk to function!


Opening a Support Ticket:

To open a ticket with our technical support department, just click the "Open a Support Ticket" button (3). Please note that you must be connected to the Internet for this feature to work! The main view panel (1) will change to show the "Open Support Ticket" page. Just fill out the appropriate information, and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. Our support department will contact you within 48 hours.

Viewing Existing Tickets:

You can also view your existing ticket requests and responses directly through the SpyHunter Spyware Helpdesk. Just click the "View Existing Tickets" button (2) and all open and closed tickets will be displayed in the main view panel (1). You can click on any of the icons in the "Request" or "Response" rows to view message details.

Support Log:

In order to offer an effective solution to a unique individual problem, our support team may request that you generate and transmit a support log. To do so, just click the "Support Log" panel (4) and then the "Generate New Support Log" button. This action will generate a diagnostic log, which our technical support department can use to create a unique custom fix to resolve your issue. Click the "Transmit Support Log" button to send the log directly to our support department.

Please DO NOT transmit a support log without first opening a ticket through the Support Ticket System!
