Gadgetbox Toolbar is a component of an adware program, which may enter the vulnerable computer without the victim's permission and awareness. Web users can download Gadgetbox Toolbar consciously, but commonly, Gadgetbox Toolbar is installed on the targeted PC unconsciously. When installed on the affected computer system, Gadgetbox Toolbar makes modifications to system settings and inserts itself on the compromised web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Gadgetbox Toolbar is used to push Gboxapp and search.gboxapp.com, that give online users altered bogus search results that are not similar to the ones that computer user get from Google or other authentic search engines. Gadgetbox Toolbar also leads to disturbing diversion to doubtful and infected websites that may corrupt the attacked computer with other malware threats. Gadgetbox toolbar can be downloaded from its official website; however, Internet users can also download Gadgetbox Toolbar on their computer together with freeware applications that mainly incorporate other programs for the aim of illicit making of money.
