AntivirusVista is a rogue anti-virus program designed to pilfer money from unwary computer users. AntivirusVista is usually accompanied by a malicious Trojan which enters the system and then creates a backdoor for AntivirusVista to sneak in. Once active, AntivirusVista will produce a fake system scan with bogus results that claim the system has been infected with malware.
