However, the WoWMusix software is classified by security researchers as a browser hijacker that is a modified version of the browser hijacker linked to Searchalgo.com. The WoWMusix browser hijacker has two components that are named wowMusix Start and Search by wowMusix that are programmed to change several settings on your computer. The WoWMusix browser hijacker might apply changes to your Windows Registry values, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox to direct you to Search.WoWMusix.com and generate affiliate marketing revenue for the developers behind WoWMusix. The WoWMusix browser hijacker might substitute your new tab page with a customized version of the Search.WoWMusix.com domain that may feature your favorite bookmarks and link to sponsored websites.
