Win32/Sirefef.DD is a dangerous Trojan infection which main purpose is to bring computer users malicious content by interrupting their Internet surfing on infected machines. Win32/Sirefef.DD is associated with browser hijackers that advertise numerous domains in order to earn money on generated traffic. The traffic is generated selectively as a pretext is required for a redirect process. To get rerouted, it is enough to type an incorrect (nonexistent) web address into the web browser's URL bar or use any search engine. If you type keywords into search system's bar and initiate the search by pushing 'Enter' or pressing 'OK', you will activate the certain browser hijacker that causes diversions to its own websites. To get rid of annoying hits, delete Win32/Sirefef.DD as soon as possible.
