Survey Bypasser is a tool that is marketed as a way of bypassing irritating online surveys. However, this supposed Survey Bypasser is designed to expose computer users to more online surveys! Online surveys that are supposed to allow computer users to win valuable prizes are among the most common misleading online tactics today and may expose your computer to numerous threats and sign you up for services that you don't want or need. In the case of Survey Bypasser, computer users are tricked into filling out more surveys in their attempt to bypass this exact type of content. Because of this, security researchers strongly advise computer users to avoid downloading and installing Survey Bypasser on their Web browser.
The Costly Prizes Offered by Survey Bypasser
The people that created Survey Bypasser promise computer users that they can win numerous prizes if the complete a survey (the same tactic used by the people that create and distribute these irritating surveys!). However, filling out these surveys never results in a prize, except perhaps for the people that carry out these methods. The prize is, of course, your information. They may also generate revenue each time you complete one of these surveys or visit the website hosting them. The Survey Bypasser tool is disguised as a Web browser add-on that allegedly grants PC users to win a prize without having to fill out a survey. However, its creators show their sense of humor by claiming that, to use Survey Bypasser, computer users have to follow the instructions in the attached text file. The instructions tell computer users that they need to complete a survey to unlock Survey Bypasser. The text file includes a line that is cruelly hilarious:
'We put a lot of work for this hack, please do NOT give away to others for your own good, we will really appreciate if you will recomand ours (sic).'
Most online businesses and content are fueled by Web traffic and advertisement revenue. Because of this, forcing computer users to fill out surveys and visit specific websites may allow the creators involved in these tactics to generate substantial revenue. Use common sense and a strong anti-malware program to prevent shady marketers from generating profits at your expense!
