No, this rogue Web page exists to propagate various online tactics solely. In fact, cybersecurity researchers have confirmed that the page propagates variants of the 'Your PC is infected with 5 viruses!' and 'Your Windows 10 is infected with viruses' scams.
Both schemes consist of showing numerous fake alerts and misleading messages to users in an attempt to scare them into installing a promoted application or buying a license for a legitimate security solution. To make the false security warnings seem more urgent and serious, the rogue website will pretend as if they are being issued by a reputable source such as Norton, McAfee or Microsoft. Of course, neither of the three companies has any connection to the hoax websites, nor do they resort to such underhanded tactics in the promotion of their products.
