View Existing Tickets


You can view your existing ticket requests and responses directly through the RegHunter HelpDesk. Just click the "[View Existing Tickets]" button (2) and all open tickets will be visible in the main view panel. To view closed tickets, select “Closed” in the “Select Ticket Status” dropdown (3), and click the “View Status” button (4). You can also select “All” in the “Select Ticket Status” dropdown (3) to view open and closed tickets at once.

To open ticket details, simply click a listed ticket to expand it.
