Opening a Support Ticket

To open a support ticket with our technical support department, just click the "Open a Support Ticket" button (3). Please note that you must be connected to the Internet for this option to work! The main view panel will alter to show the "Open Support Ticket" page. Simply fill out the corresponding information and click the "Submit" button (5) at the bottom of the "Open Support Ticket" form. Our technical support department will contact you within 48 hours.
