KASP Ransomware

The KASP Ransomware is a crypto locker threat that belongs to the STOP/DJVU Ransomware family. As a member of the STOP/DJVU Ransomware, the KASP Ransomware has little to differentiate itself from the rest of these ransomware variants, apart from the specific extension used for the encrypted files and the emails left for contact with the hackers. The hackers provide two email addresses to their victims - a primary one at 'helpmanager@mail.ch' and a reserve one at 'restoremanager@airmail.cc.' They also offer to decrypt a single file for free. As for the ransom, they demand the payment of $980 deliver the required decryption key, but if the victim contacts them within the first 72 hours of the KASP ransomware infection, the price will be slashed in half to $490.
