The Fantasy Bulletin browser extension is promoted on Fantasybulletin.net to deliver sports news and facts to sports fans across the globe. The Fantasy Bulletin extension is developed by Branded Tab™ and may change your new tab page and homepage settings to accommodate a scrollable table with news for football, baseball, volleyball, basketball, soccer and other sports. Additionally, the browser extension may change your default search engine to Ask.com and divert your search operations. Security analysts alert that the Fantasy Bulletin is adware and might cover your browser surface with advertisements from untrusted ad networks and load video commercials on platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion. The Fantasy Bulletin adware might use pop-up windows, banners, and inline ads to display promotional offers, discounts and coupons. Security analysts underline that the Fantasy Bulletin adware may become very active when users visit online stores like Amazon, Best Buy and Kmart. The Fantasy Bulletin adware might use ActionScript3 and JavaScript to show semi-transparent panels at the bottom and right-hand side of your browser window and promote TVs, microwaves, smartphones, and home services like plumbing, painting, repair and cleaning.
The Fantasy Bulletin adware is very similar to GoodTab Class and DefaultTab and may invite users to accept the installation of third-party applications like 24×7 Help and Best Youtube Downloader that might crash your browser and slow down your computer. The Fantasy Bulletin adware may place its files in the hidden AppData folder and add an automated update task in the Windows Task Scheduler. Also, the Fantasy Bulletin adware may use tracking cookies and read your Internet history to customize the offers displayed on your screen. The Fantasy Bulletin adware may not appear in the 'Programs and Features' module of 'Control Panel' and you need to install a trusted anti-spyware application to clean your OS.
