The WindowPolicies software share similarities with WindowBlinds from Stardock Corp. and may allow users to use visual themes with their favorite programs. However, the WindowBlinds software is deemed as an adware that may temper with the Microsoft .NET Framework to enable advertisements within the interface of non-affiliated programs. The WindowPolicies adware is managed by the same team of developers behind the Hahomedia adware.
