The Twinkle Star browser plug-in from SuperWeb LLC that is supposed to help users navigate through the Web, but its main objective is to show advertisements and sponsored search results. Security analysts deem the Twinkle Star plug-in as adware that could slow down your Internet browser and provide you with corrupted advertisements. The Twinkle Star adware functions the same way other SuperWeb products does such as Gearscroll and Computer Pal, and will execute behavioral marketing. The Twinkle Star adware will employ web beacons, JavaScript, Flash and HTTP cookies to display targeted marketing materials. As stated above, the Twinkle Star adware may supply users with unsafe ads, and you could be redirected to compromised websites and phishing pages. Computer users affected by the Twinkle Star adware may be directed to visit sites like Chrome-wx.updaternow.xyz and Allvideos.283.xyz that are linked to cyber threats and browser hijackers. The Twinkle Star adware-powered plug-in is compatible with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox, and you may be subjected to a torrent of ads. The Twinkle Star adware may use banners, pop-up windows, in-text hyperlinks to products and floating ad-boxes to load marketing materials in your Internet browser.
