TrojanDownloader:AutoIt/Gedo is in the same category as Trojan.Win32.Autoit.aie and Trojan:AutoIt/Kilim.A, namely - trojan downloaders. The AutoIt/Gedo trojan downloader is known to edit the list of startup programs that start with Windows when you turn on your computer to ensure its operations. The AutoIt/Gedo trojan downloader may enter your machine as a fake software update or an attached file from spam mail and users need to be mindful of what they download from the Interment. Security experts warn users that the TrojanDownloader:AutoIt/Gedo may introduce severe threats like 'ABOUT FILES!' and Arestocrat to their systems that can cause financial and data loss.
