Totaldatasecuritycentr.com is a hoax website that is being promoted via rogue advertising networks or through intrusive applications known as PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs). In practice, this means that users are highly unlikely to intentionally open or visit the page. After all, they have no reason to - the site is dedicated solely to the propagation of a tactic involving fake malware alerts and warnings.
Once the page is opened, it will generate several pop-ups all containing misleading and completely fake alerts. One of the pop-ups will show a mock malware scan, a functionality that is impossible for the website to possess on its own. Another pop-up will claim that 5 different malware threats have been found on the user's device. In a different, but equally false claim, Totaldatasecuritycentr.com will state that the user's subscription for an anti-malware tool has expired and that it needs to be renewed immediately. As a whole, the tactic performed by the page is a variation of the 'Your PC is infected with 5 viruses' scheme.
To make its completely fake messages appear more legitimate, the page will heavily exploit the logo, branding, and design of the legitimate security vendor McAfee. It may be obvious, but McAfee does not rely on such dubious, untrustworthy, and outright hoax websites to promote their products. The goal of the fraudsters is to attempt to earn illegitimate commission fees based on any transactions that occur via their deceptive page.
