SurfEnhance is adware that may compromise online searches for finding search results on various search engine websites, and change search results pertaining to initial queries with web-links redirecting to dubious advertisement websites. SurfEnhance may embed a plug-in, extension or add-on for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer when computer users install other free software products. When Internet users install these free applications, they may also install SurfEnhance on their PCs. When installed, SurfEnhance may take over a web search box on many popular social networking or online shopping website and change it with its own. Computer users should always pay attention when installing free applications because often, an application installer may include an optional install, such as SurfEnhance.
