The Super-Price browser add-on may claim that it can make your online shopping easier, but its main goal is to make it easier for merchants to promote their products in your browser. Security researchers recognize the Super-Price app as advertisement software or adware for short. The Super-Price adware is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer and can use session cookies, detect your IP address and approximate geographical location to display related ads. Moreover, the Super-Price adware can maximize its efficiency further by reading your Internet history and bookmarks and provide advertisers with data to target you with special offers. The Super-Price adware may present you with banners, pop-up and pop-under windows loaded with commercials. Also, the Super-Price adware may promote riskware like Beamrise Toolbar and Savifier that can slow down your browser and redirect you to harmful websites. Security researchers add that the Super-Price adware may add a task in the Windows Task Manager to perform automatic updates over insecure channels. The Super-Price adware should not be tolerated, and you might want to use a renowned anti-spyware solution to remove it.
