Super Back-up is an adware application that shows advertisements, coupons and sponsored links via a pop-up box in Google, Amazon, Facebook and other shopping websites that are visited by PC users. Super Back-up pop-up advertisements will be shown as boxes, which include a variety of coupons that are available or as underlined keywords, which when clicked will display an advertisement that declares it is sent to the computer user by Super Back-up. Super Back-up Ads are designed specifically to make a profit for attackers. Super Back-up Ads boosts web traffic, grabs sales leads for other misleading websites, and illustrates advertisements and sponsored links within the hijacked Internet browser. Super Back-up is an add-on for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome that is usually embedded when the computer user installs another freeware applications (download-managers, video recording/streaming or PDF creators) that had packed into their installation Super Back-up. When the computer user installs these freeware applications, he/she will also install Super Back-up.
