The unusual number of ads, coupons, promotions, banners, and pop-ups by Sponsor that users may notice on pages they visit are not loaded from the web page code. Typically, the native ads on web pages are seamlessly integrated so that they won't obstruct users from engaging with the content provided. However, the ads by Sponsor may appear like layers over the page, and that should be your first red flag about a third-party software affecting the behavior of your Web browser. Security researchers reveal that the ads by Sponsor in your browser are caused by an adware infection on your system that attempts to stay undetected by displaying advertisements with the slogan 'Ad by Sponsor'. In the end, not many Web surfers would question the legitimacy of advertisements by sponsors of web pages. However, the Sponsor adware may provide you with links to harmful domains and suggest you to install riskware like Popular Bookmarks and IST Cleaner Pro that may cause system errors. The real sponsors of the promotions in question are advertisers of suspicious origins that could invite you to click on corrupted ads and direct you to install harmful software.
