Browser hijackers are malicious programs that manipulate the settings of a user's web browser without their consent, often resulting in a compromised browsing experience. - Scroll down to Firefox Updates and locate the Firefox Default button.
- Click the Firefox Default button.
Edge
- Open Edge and press Alt+F.
- From the drop-down menu, select the Settings gear icon.
- On the left side menu, click Reset settings.
- Click Restore settings.
- Click Reset to complete the reset process.
