EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.

Shopping Sidekick is an adware application that will illustrate its own pop-up advertisements on Amazon, Walmart, Dell, and other websites visited by Internet users. These pop-up ads will be displayed as boxes including numerous available coupons or as underlined keywords, which when clicked will load an advertisement that declares it is sent to online users by Shopping Sidekick. Shopping Sidekick is an add-on for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome that is commonly inserted when web users install other free software products. When Internet users install these free software products, they will also install Shopping Sidekick on their PCs. Some of the applications that are known to come packed with Shopping Sidekick cover 1ClickDownload, Yontoo and FBPhotoZoom. While being installed, whenever Internet users will surf Expedia, Best Buy, Facebook or any other similar websites, Shopping Sidekick will illustrate a box, which carries relevant ads, keyword suggestions, and sponsored links in the right top part of the hijacked Internet browser.
