For an extension that is supposed to ensure your privacy, the Search Anonymo program may share many details with third-party networks and read unique identifiers on your PC. Cyber security researchers perceive the Search Anonymo extension as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that may block the ad networks that do not support Search Anonymo from tracking you. However, those ad networks that support Search Anonymo may have access to all the data they need to identify your machine on connected sites and deliver targeted promotional materials as if you are not using Search Anonymo.
