EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:

The save-secur.com address leads to a dubious website that performs a singular function - it tries to bait visitors into subscribing to its push notification services. This particular tactic can be observed on countless other pages and it always follows a near-identical pattern. Upon being opened, the hoax page will show a small notification window containing 'Allow.' What the site will not state clearly is that clicking the button will allow its browser notifications.
Instead, users will be presented with various misleading or clickbait messages that try to mask the functionality of the button and present it as doing something completely different. For example, the most popular deceptive scenario is for the con page to pretend to be doing a CAPTCHA check with users being instructed to press the button to verify that they are not robots. However, save-secur.com has been observed to use a slightly different tactic.
The page will show a video that is encountering some unspecified issue and cannot be played. Accompanying it will be a variation of the following message:
'Can't play this video! Perhaps your browser doesn't allow video playback. Please click the Allow button to watch the video.'
Users who fall for this deception will soon start noticing an increase in the advertisements encountered while browsing. The site may even display notifications when the affected browser is closed completely.
To prevent exposing themselves to unnecessary security risks, users should try to avoid interacting with the presented advertisements. After all, the advertisements generated by such dubious sources are often used to promote more con pages, phishing schemes, fake giveaways, suspicious adult-oriented platforms, online betting sites and more. The advertisements also could contain offers for software products that may have hidden adware or browser hijacker functionalities.
