EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:

Rencesprin.com is a deceptive site that utilizes clickbait or other manipulative tactics to trick visitors into allowing its push notification. The tactic propagated by this page is nothing new; in fact, the Internet has been flooded by these dubious websites for quite a while now. The goal of the fraudsters is to generate proceeds via the delivery of unwanted and intrusive advertisements to the user's device.
The most popular tactic, by far, is for the hoax page to pretend to be doing a CAPTCHA check. Users are directed towards clicking the displayed 'Allow' button under the impression that it is part of the check for bots. However, unknown to them is the fact that the button performs an entirely different function and will subscribe them to the page's push notification services. Other common scenarios include claims that clicking 'Allow' will grant access to additional content or make a certain file available for download. Rencesprin.com also has been observed to employ adult-oriented messages in its attempts to trick users.
Upon receiving the necessary browser permissions, Rencesprin.com will be able to generate intrusive advertisements and display them via the affected browser. The advertisements and their content should not be trusted. Far too often advertisements associated with adware or dubious websites are used as vehicles for the promotion of suspicious PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs), untrustworthy websites, online gambling portals and more.
