The PriceLocal add-on functions as a price comparison tool and recommendation service that some users may like. The official Web page of PriceLocal is located on GetPriceLocal.com and users may find the add-on incorporated with free software packages on the Internet. However, PriceLocal is adware and security researchers advise against using it for finding local deals. The PriceLocal adware may require access to your account at Amazon.com, your browsing history and might want to detect your exact geographical location to provide tailor-suited ads. The PriceLocal adware may cover your browser surface with recommended offers, coupons and vouchers for products on suspicious shops.
