PC Confidential

PC Confidential is a fake anti-virus program. PC Confidential is able to mislead computer users into thinking that their system is infected with several viruses. In addition, PC Confidential may popup up several false messages and automatically scan the system returning false positives in hopes that the user will purchase a full version of PC Confidential. If clicked upon, the popup messages may redirect computer users to a website that distributes and sells the full PC Confidential application. PC Confidential is not effectively able to detect or remove viruses or other types of malware infections.
