Norwardc.top is a browser-based tactic created to promote dubious websites or potentially threatening programs on the Internet. Part of this fraudulent tactic is to attract users to an empty website named Norwardc.top, which usually happens through unsolicited redirects by other related pages or a browser hijacker installed on a user's device.

Once Norwardc.top is launched, its visitors are greeted with a black screen and a bogus CAPTCHA- test message that urges them to confirm they are robots:

'Norwardc.top wants to Show notifications

Click Allow to confirm that you are not a robot!'

However, clicking on the embedded Allow button does nothing but subscribe to browser notifications from this potentially corrupted website. Subsequently, Norwardc.top has permission to display advertising material of all sorts on the subscribers' computers or mobile devices directly. These pop-up messages bring no benefits whatsoever; instead, they only expose users to severe malware infections by redirecting them to possibly untrusty websites. Additionally, the amount of sponsored content may be sufficient to interfere with the regular computer's performance and the overall user browsing experience.
