On entering a system, Net-Worm.Win32.Kolab.hit will function as an IRC bot and allow a remote attacker to use the compromised machine in Denial of Service (DOS) attacks. Net-Worm.Win32.Kolab.hit will also steal a victim's confidential information and download additional malware onto the system.
