IntegrationAdmin

IntegrationAdmin is a browser hijacker that is known to be present on macOS computers where it may modify Internet settings. The modification of Internet settings by IntegrationAdmin is suspected to be a gateway for its creators to earn money by causing site redirects and loading of advertisements that seek impressions or clicks as part of a potential pay-per-click or pay-per-impression campaign.

The IntegrationAdmin hijacker may have associated components that load when a Mac computer user downloads and installs bundled software apps or freeware obtained from third-party sources.

Stopping the unwanted and often annoying actions of IntegrationAdmin will require the removal of IntegrationAdmin and its components, which may be embedded within installed web browser apps on an affected Mac computer. Removal of such components will usually require using an antimalware resource to safely detect and automatically remove each of them.
