EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.

Users will not find anything useful on the Herebelf.xyz website. After all, they wouldn't visit the page willingly. Instead, the site is being mostly encountered as a result of unwanted redirects caused by rogue advertising networks or due to an intrusive PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program).
The Herebelf.xyz page is dedicated to the propagation of a browser-based tactic. By displaying various misleading and clickbait messages, the site tries to convince users into unknowingly enabling its push notifications by clicking the 'Allow' button. This is a rather popular scheme to generate revenues via an intrusive ad campaign. Indeed, pressing the button will grant the deceptive page important browser permissions that it will promptly begin abusing to deliver dubious advertisements to the system. One potential fake scenario that users may encounter on Herebelf.xyz involves the site displaying a loading bar. Accompanying it will be a message similar to:
'Please tap the Allow button to continue'
Users should keep in mind that the advertisements generated by such unfamiliar and unproven sources should not be approached carelessly. The advertisements could be promoting additional con pages, phishing schemes, fake giveaways and more. It is not uncommon for users to be presented with various offers to download seemingly legitimate applications that turn out to be nothing more than adware, browser hijackers and other PUPs.
