HD Video Player

In using the application HD Video Player, we’ve noticed that it’s not clearly what it states that it is, nor does it offer the full functionality that one would expect form a so-called video player application. Because of HD Video Player being questionable and looking like it has some malicious tendencies, it has been deemed as a potentially unwanted program.

For most potentially unwanted programs like HD Video Player, we recommend removal of them or at least discontinuing use of the program because it services no good purposes. While HD Video Player isn’t necessarily malware, it may lead to malicious actions or sources and it should be removed for those who do not wish to use the program, which may require using an antimalware resource.
