Gr4phic-4rt.xyz is a rogue website that can perform several, different online tactics. It seems that the exact behavior of the page is based on a multitude of factors, such as the user's IP address, geolocation, browser type, etc. As a result, what one visitor encounters on the page may not be the same for another necessarily.
More specifically, Gr4phic-4rt.xyz has been observed to run a variant of the 'You've visited illegal infected website' scam. Users will be presented with numerous pop-ups designed to appear as official notifications from the legitimate security vendor McAfee. Of course, the company has absolutely no connection with the fraudsters and this deceptive website. The goal of the fake pop-ups is to convince users that their system has been infected with malware threats and has become vulnerable. To fix this fake issue, the site recommends downloading and installing its promoted application.
In most cases, the applications distributed via such underhanded tactics are little more than intrusive adware, browser hijackers or other PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs). Even if the program is a legitimate one, the fraudsters most likely aim to earn commission fees for each sale carried through their dubious site.

The site will then abuse the browser permissions associated with this feature to run an intrusive ad campaign.
