EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:
Ranking: The ranking of a particular threat in EnigmaSoft’s Threat Database.
Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.

Computer users that like to have fun playing a checkers game may be invited to install the GameLauncher software. GameLauncher is promoted on gaming platforms dedicated to free entertainment software. GameLauncher may be offered for installation on pages like Junglegamer.com, Playpopgames.com and Funonlineplay.com. The GameLauncher software is promoted as been light-weight and allowing users to share gaming experience with friends on Facebook and Twitter. However, you might want to find a better alternative to GameLauncher because it is associated with a Trojan named Notepices. Security analysts note that GameLauncher behaves as advertised but it does much more than you are promised. We have reports that GameLauncher may install Trojan.Notepices silently. GameLauncher may allow you to play a fun game of checkers and send screenshots of the game board to friends, but it is more than likely to install Trojan.Notepices on your PC.
Additionally, the development of GameLauncher is supported by advertisers that may have access to data like your bookmarks and Internet history. Therefore, GameLauncher is deemed as a Potentially Unwanted program (PUP). Computer users might wish to reconsider installing GameLauncher because the browser may load insecure code and download suspicious programs automatically. Security analysts do not advise users to share information like contact details, passwords, and credit card details with the built-in share feature of GameLauncher. Third parties may record your input on GameLauncher for marketing development purposes. The GameLauncher program may host its installation files in the AppData directory, which is unusual considering that most software is installed to Program Files and Program Files (x86) by default. Experts recommend removing GameLauncher with a credible anti-malware application that can delete PUPs safely.
