Flooder.Chat.VB.c. is a flooder that overloads the users internet connection by pinging. This causes a DoS attack which jams and floods the server with worthless data and traffic; thereby making the network unable to function. Some flooders may have the ability to install a "backdoor" which allows a hacker to gain full remote control over the users PC.
