When trying to get search results by using their chosen Web browser, computer users may start noticing that, instead of their standard Web browser, an unfamiliar Web browser named Find it pro has taken its place and redirects their searches to sites that are entirely unrelated to their queries.

What is causing all this is Find it pro, a browser hijacker designed to redirect the users' Web searches to certain websites containing sponsored content and advertisements. This unsafe software can be contracted through downloading free programs from the Internet, visiting corrupted websites and clicking on deceptive links.

Browser hijackers can cause numerous problems for unsuspecting computer users as they can cause severe disruption to the user's computer experience. They typically alter a user's browser settings, redirect searches, alter homepage settings and change the default search engine. Browser hijackers should not be running on any computer as they can collect sensitive information, such as usernames and passwords. As they are stealthy and embedded within websites, you may not even know they exist until it is too late. They run in the background and monitor your online activity, sending this information back to their hacker masters.

Therefore, computer users that have Find it pro installed on their machines should use a reliable anti-malware program to remove it and any related files.
